1. Intellectual Property & Creative Rights

All artwork, images, and text on this site are the sole intellectual property of Isabella R. Loncosky.

Credit & Sharing

I am honored when you share my work. You are welcome to share images of my art on social media, provided that clear credit is given to “Isabella R. Loncosky” with a link back to this website or my social media profiles.

Reproduction & AI

Purchase of a physical piece or a custom commission does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, print, or use the artwork for commercial purposes.

My art is a sharing of my soul, and I believe in the unique value of the human touch. To honor this, I do not consent to my artwork or content being used for the training of Artificial Intelligence (AI) models or machine learning.

2. Commission Agreements

Because my work is a “sharing of the soul,” custom commissions require a shared commitment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin a commission. This covers the initial time and materials dedicated to your piece. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the artist retains this deposit.

Portraits

When commissioning a portrait, you grant me permission to share the finished work in my portfolio and on social media unless we have specifically agreed on a privacy arrangement (such as for a surprise gift).

3. Shipping, Liability & International Orders

I take great care in packaging my pottery and paintings to ensure they arrive as “friends that sit with you.”

Damage

If a work is damaged during shipping, I take responsibility for the resolution. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

International

I am open to international shipping (including the EU). The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees, or local taxes.

4. External Links & Tools

This site uses tools like Jetpack and Kadence to function. While I strive for a seamless experience, I cannot guarantee the site will be error-free. My site also links to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok; I am not responsible for the content or policies of these external platforms.
